Khajuraho Dance Festival Khajuraho is basically a small village, situated in the Chatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh. This small village has own its airport and regular flights from nearest cities like national capital Delhi , Agra , and Varansi. Khajuraho has a wide network of roads to arrive here straightforwardly.

On account of its world famous temples and the variety of Indian dances, Khajuraho has become a prime tourist destination in Madhya Pradesh, India. Every year dance festival is organized by MPTD (Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department) on 25th February to 3rd March. Dances which are performed here like Kathak, Bharathanatyam, Odissi, Kuchipudi, Manipuri and Kathakali.

It is a visual extravagance for dance lovers and a must visit if you appreciate Indian classical dance styles then Khajuraho dance festival is relatively new and was begun in the year 2002 in addition the entertaining performances, you will find a number of craftsmen showcasing their artifacts and crafts to curious visitors.
